The length of time your personal data is kept varies according to the purpose for which it was collected:
Data used in the context of this information and sales promotion relationship is kept for five years by Charmhotel and potentially by each member in accordance with its own data retention policy.
Data likely to be the subject of a judicial requisition (connection data, identity, contact details) are kept for twelve months from the date of collection.
Data concerning member hotels is kept for the duration of their membership. This data is kept for ten years after withdrawal from the association.
